After closing on a property, our team quickly mobilizes to begin implementing strategies that allow us to create value. We leverage our team’s experience to maximize revenues and minimize expenses in order to generate maximum value.

 

Refinance.

Finally, leveraging our banking connections, we refinance the purchase to pull cash out of the equity we generated and return it our investors.

Collect.

Following the completion of the refinancing process, we collect cash flow that is distributed to our investors while continuing to pay down the debt on the asset.
